Article 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the 77juya platform and participation in any gaming or betting activity is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 77juya operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active 77juya account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and bKash or Nagad account details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with 77juya or any other gambling platform that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
• Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that your participation in games and betting markets is entirely voluntary and for entertainment purposes only.

77juya reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing security review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Article 2

Account Security and Responsible Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77juya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which provides an additional layer of protection for your account and withdrawal requests.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents claiming to provide betting advisory services.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify the 77juya support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

77juya will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purportedly from 77juya requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. 77juya accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Article 3

Deposits, Payments, and Accepted Methods

77juya accepts deposits exclusively via approved payment channels denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — Instant deposit and withdrawal. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Nagad — Instant deposit and withdrawal. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Available for deposits. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Upay — Available for deposits. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Bank Transfer — Available via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions. Processing times may vary.

Deposit Conditions: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account is not registered to the same identity as the 77juya account — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and a potential account review. 77juya does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply standard mobile financial service (MFS) charges.

Currency: All account balances, bonuses, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied. There are no foreign exchange fees on the 77juya platform.

Article 4

Withdrawals and Processing Timelines

77juya is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Typically completed within 15 minutes of approval for standard accounts. D&T Ranking Gold and Elite tier members receive priority processing with target completion under 5 minutes.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically completed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. All withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your 77juya account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 77juya reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request.

Bonus Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds received are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the bonus offer. Real-money withdrawals may only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, and expiry period applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms communicated to you at the time of the offer.

Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. D&T Ranking members at Gold and Elite tier benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits. Your current applicable limits are displayed within your account settings.

Article 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and the D&T Ranking Program

77juya offers a range of promotional bonuses and a structured loyalty program — the D&T Ranking — to reward active members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of each offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered members who have completed identity verification. New member welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only; one per person, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific bonus terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino and cricket betting typically contribute 100%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus offer.
• Abuse: 77juya reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where bonus abuse — including but not limited to account duplication, collusion, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — is detected.
• D&T Ranking: Points earned through the D&T Ranking loyalty program are credited on the basis of real-money wagers. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. Tier levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite) and associated benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup events are subject to the specific terms published alongside each campaign. Seasonal bonus terms supersede the general bonus conditions where the two conflict.

Article 6

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Game Integrity

77juya operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of its games, betting markets, or platform infrastructure. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, betting algorithms, auto-clickers, or any automated decision-making software to interact with 77juya games or markets is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker-style games, or exploit live dealer procedures is prohibited.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bet promotions, or odds differences in a manner that constitutes matched betting or arbitrage in bad faith is prohibited.
• Fraudulent Payments: Use of stolen, disputed, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your 77juya account is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Money Laundering: 77juya has strict anti-money-laundering (AML) controls in place. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds will be suspended immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting 77juya support to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

All games offered through 77juya utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from established studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by 77juya staff. Historical game results and transaction records are maintained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

Article 7

Responsible Gaming Obligations

77juya is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help members maintain control of their gaming activity. All registered members have access to the following responsible gaming features directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Changes to increase an existing limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which your account will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your net gaming balance and time elapsed during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

Article 8

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

All content available on the 77juya platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, typography, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77juya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77juya platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the platform content without prior written consent from 77juya.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.
• Use the 77juya brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests an endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any third-party website.

Article 9

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77juya and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any of its services, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Any technical malfunction, server outage, connectivity failure, or data transmission error that affects the outcome of a game or bet placement.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security as outlined in Article 2 of these Terms.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any taxation liability that may arise in your jurisdiction in connection with winnings received from the 77juya platform. It is your sole responsibility to comply with applicable tax obligations in Bangladesh.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77juya uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted access. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed odds value or game outcome, 77juya reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the member's account balance.

Article 10

Account Termination and Suspension

77juya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Any activity that 77juya reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy described below.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive calendar months of no login activity. 77juya will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered contact details before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to your account balance. Your account will not be closed while a positive balance remains, and you may reactivate it at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 77juya support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 3 Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

Article 11

Amendments, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

Amendments: 77juya may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, 77juya will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh in respect of any such dispute.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, wager settlement, payment processing, bonus credit, or account action, you must contact 77juya support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 77juya will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Disputes not raised within the 30-day window may not be eligible for review.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
